Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Amritava Creative.
- Project Deposit
Most design and development projects require an advance deposit before work begins.
Typically:
- 30% – 50% upfront payment
- Remaining balance upon project completion or milestone delivery
The deposit secures project scheduling and covers initial work.
- Refund Policy
Due to the creative and customized nature of design services, refunds are handled as follows:
Non-Refundable Items
The following payments are generally non-refundable:
- project deposits
- consultation fees
- strategy sessions
- work already completed
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if:
- the project is cancelled before substantial work begins
- both parties mutually agree to terminate the project
Refunds will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.
If cancellation occurs after work has begun:
- completed work will be billed
- remaining project fees may still apply depending on the stage of completion.
- Project Delays by Client
Projects may be paused if:
- required materials are not provided
- feedback is delayed for extended periods
If a project remains inactive for 30 days or more, it may be closed. Restarting may require a new agreement or additional fees.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.
