Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Amritava Creative.

  1. Project Deposit

Most design and development projects require an advance deposit before work begins.

Typically:

  • 30% – 50% upfront payment
  • Remaining balance upon project completion or milestone delivery

The deposit secures project scheduling and covers initial work.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the creative and customized nature of design services, refunds are handled as follows:

Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are generally non-refundable:

  • project deposits
  • consultation fees
  • strategy sessions
  • work already completed

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • the project is cancelled before substantial work begins
  • both parties mutually agree to terminate the project

Refunds will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

  1. Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun:

  • completed work will be billed
  • remaining project fees may still apply depending on the stage of completion.
  1. Project Delays by Client

Projects may be paused if:

  • required materials are not provided
  • feedback is delayed for extended periods

If a project remains inactive for 30 days or more, it may be closed. Restarting may require a new agreement or additional fees.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.
